The People approach

Question

We ask a lot of questions to learn more about you. We want to hear about your work, your problems and your context. We ask naively to focus on what’s important.

Research

We immerse, research, map, interview and identify. We look for opportunities, deconstruct projects, and flip problems. Preferably with workshops.

Strategy

We plan, define priorities and evaluate opportunities. We set objectives, create blueprints, assign roles, and structure ideas.

Concept

We play, experiment and challenge. We like new things, fresh concepts and prototypes.

Design

We design, create, draw, write, edit, direct and take photos. Before we hand over our work, we teach you how to use it.

Iteration

We don’t make solutions in a vacuum. We rather test and measure them. Then we upgrade, update and pinpoint future opportunities.
